Hello, my name is Thorsten Hackspiel and I am one of the helpers from THE HELPING PEOPLE.

A lot of exciting professional experiences have accompanied me on my way to this day. Starting with my training, through my studies, to finding appealing employers.

I am one of the founders of MONTIS Corporate Finance GmbH, based in Frankfurt and Aschaffenburg, which we established in 2018. We advise on M&A transactions, i.e. sales or purchases of company shares, and help innovative companies to raise growth capital. I started on the path of M&A consulting about 20 years ago.

In addition to my actual job, I am also a lecturer for Mergers & Acquisitions and Valuation at the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg.

Because of my job, I also met Marian a few years ago. He told me about the idea of setting up a foundation together with Judith and becoming active himself.

It made me extremely happy to be able to support people in need with part of the proceeds and the time that was freed up. Great!

As a volunteer with THE HELPING PEOPLE, I can do something good myself and help decide which issues and specific projects my donation will go towards.
