Kannst du uns ein wenig zu deiner Person erz\u00e4hlen?<br \/><br \/><\/strong>Maik K\u00e4bisch: <em>Vielen Dank und es ist mir eine gro\u00dfe Freude im Kreise der HELPING PEOPLE dabei zu sein. Ich bin Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der COVADO GmbH. Ich begleite Unternehmer, Unternehmen und Institutionen, wie zum Beispiel die THE HELPING PEOPLE FOUNDATION, bei der strategischen Planung und Erreichung der individuellen Ziele. Ich bin au\u00dferdem als Mediator t\u00e4tig und wirke in verschiedenen Aufsichtsr\u00e4ten sowie Gremien mit.<br \/><br \/><\/em><\/li><li><strong>Die COVADO GmbH ist bereits eine HELPING COMPANY \u2013 wieso engagierst du dich zus\u00e4tzlich noch privat bei THE HELPING PEOPLE?<br \/><br \/><\/strong>Maik K\u00e4bisch: <em><em>Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass ich alle M\u00f6glichkeiten und Ressourcen einsetze, um jungen Menschen die Chance auf eine bessere Zukunft zu erm\u00f6glichen. Deswegen ist es f\u00fcr mich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich, dass ich mich sowohl im Rahmen meiner Funktion als Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der COVADO GmbH als auch privat als Maik K\u00e4bisch engagiere.<br \/><br \/><\/em><\/em><\/li><li><strong>Sowohl du als auch die COVADO GmbH unterst\u00fctzen mit einer gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Spende unser Jahresprojekt 2023, das Transition House For Girls in Nairobi in Kenia. Wieso hast du dich f\u00fcr dieses Projekt entschieden?<br \/><br \/><\/strong>Maik K\u00e4bisch: <em>Die Situation f\u00fcr junge M\u00e4dchen auf den Stra\u00dfen in Nairobi ist dramatisch. Sie erleben jeden Tag Gewalt sowie extreme Armut und m\u00fcssen ums \u00dcberleben k\u00e4mpfen. Judith hat mir sehr ausf\u00fchrlich von ihrem Projektbesuch in Nairobi berichtet und welche Ver\u00e4nderung das Transition House bewirken kann. Das dahinterstehende Konzept und der p\u00e4dagogisch Ansatz der Partnerorganisation Immanuel Afrika haben mich \u00fcberzeugt. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir mit dem Transition House jungen M\u00e4dchen eine Zukunft schenken werden.<\/em><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Maik, wieso hast du dich f\u00fcr eine Zusammenarbeit mit THE HELPING PEOPLE entschieden? Was macht den Unterschied gegen\u00fcber anderen gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisationen aus?<\/strong>\u00a0<p><br \/>Maik K\u00e4bisch: <em>An erster Stelle steht f\u00fcr mich die enge, vertrauensvolle und transparente Zusammenarbeit. Judith und Marian haben mich sehr gut \u00fcber anstehende Spendenprojekte aufgekl\u00e4rt und mir die Bedeutung meines Engagements aufgezeigt. Ich kann mir sicher sein, dass jeder gespendete Euro dort ankommt, wo er wirklich etwas nachhaltig bewirkt. THE HELPING PEOPLE agiert sehr serviceorientiert gegen\u00fcber den Spendern, egal ob Klein- oder Gro\u00dfspende.
